Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Missing products
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences
- Used or damaged items after delivery
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Replacement Policy
Eligible products may receive replacement instead of refund depending on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
